Uplands/Brynmill Areas are compact, popular student residence with many flats and large shared houses on offer. Complete with pubs, shops and takeaways, the area is completely student friendly. As the area is only a 10-20 minute walk from the Singleton Park campus, you may pay for the convenience! Singleton Park is also on the doorstep, which is perfect for resting that hung-over head of yours on weekends.
Sandfields is further out, but cheaper for tent. With smaller shared housing with 2-3 bedroom properties, the area is great for students who want a more chilled out home life. Close to the station and right on the coast, you can make the most of the Swansea scenery and beyond.
St Thomas is a great area for the School of Management and College of Engineering students, as it’s close to the Bay Campus of Swansea Uni. Round the corner from the city centre, you’ll get all of the excitement and an abundance of local amenities, without the additional cost of rent.
The City Centre is the hub of all things Swansea, and is perfect for that student that likes to keep busy (or distracted from work!). Possessing many top of the range restaurants, bars and clubs, the centre is unbeatable in terms of nightlife, atmosphere and excitement.
The Marina is fabulous for seaside fun. With accommodation renowned for it’s high standard, you can live university life in luxury.
