Halls of Residence are a great option for those who are working with a budget. The University of Surrey has a grading system for each accommodation, Grade A being the most basic room for the smallest price and so forth. Halls are also great as they are based right in the city centre, perfect for cutting costs on travel.
St. Lukes Square has a wide range of flats and apartments available to students. This is a great area for those new to the city as everything is within a 15 minute walking distance. Many properties have parking spaces available and bills included. The square is also close to Lancaster Park and the local Hospital.

Queens Road (City Centre) is located right in the centre of Guildford, offering a number of reasonably priced houses for students in the area.
