Best Student Areas in Chester
Boughton is west of the city centre. Hosting both fitness classes and some great parks, Boughton is not only one of the cheapest student accommodation areas of Chester, but also a great place to get fit in the fresh air.
Hoole is a ten-minute walk from the station, and is host to a range of independent businesses, such as The Sticky Walnut bistro. This, combined with the multiple recreation grounds and parks, makes Hoole a great, community-focused place to live.
The City Centre is perfect for students looking for a constantly electric lifestyle. A stone’s throw away from the legendary clubs Cruise and Rosies, along with loads of other bars and restaraunts, you’ll be right in the middle of the nightlife. For the more cultured, there’s also the Cathedral, the racecourse and The Grosvenor Museum, where you can find out more about Chester’s heritage.

Newton provides a real mixture of people both students and professionals alike.
