We know there’s more interesting stuff to do during your time at university than choosing accommodation but there are few things more important. Finding the right home can mean the difference between a happy student life and a hellish student life. Anything that can help make search for student accommodation a less painful process has got to be a good thing: so you can get on with the finer things in life. As well as this website we also produce printed Student Housing Guides for students to read at the start of the letting season and promoted the best student properties on our social media accounts.
Printed Student Housing Guides
As well as our online student property search here on www.StudentHousingGuide.co.uk we also produce printed Student Housing Guides in 20 university towns. Each city has its own edition of the Student Housing Guide which contains details of student accommodation providers in that city plus useful house hunting advice from students.
In each city 20,000 copies are distributed at the start of the student lettings season. 6000 of them are posted through students’ letter boxes, 6000 are handed out direct to students outside university buildings, 4000 are distributed in some of the private halls of residences we work with (where permission is granted), and 4000 are distributed in shops, bars and businesses in student areas. The combination of distribution methods ensure that as many house hunting students see our publication.
